FAQ's

Hey there! With the high order numbers we are unable to make courtesy phone calls to those who are unable to make it or have forgotten their box. Please write the pick-up date/time in your calendar to ensure you don’t forget your commitment. Please make alternative arrangements if you are unable to pick up your box during the allotted time. As we unfortunately do not have capacity to hold your box much past 6pm, forgotten boxes will continue to be donated to people experiencing food insecurity. We thank you for the donation of your purchase, & your understanding.
